Dear Sir/ Madam,
the ring arrived safely and on time. The overall presentation was lovely especially the ring box with the light inside. However, I did not expect the white blemishes on the black stone of the ring. This is where I realised the word 'snowflake' came from. My fault but taste is taste and the white spots on the ring look like blemishes.
